Strong Construction with Four Components
This bin consists of four main parts: the shell, inner bucket, lid, and foot pedal. Together, they provide durability and reliable performance. Materials are selected based on usage: indoor models use HDPE or PP plastic with walls at least 1.2 mm thick, offering toughness and crack resistance. White versions resist yellowing. For medical use, we use safe, medical-grade PP. Outdoor models use thicker HDPE that withstands temperatures from -30°C to 60°C.
Impact-Tested and Easy to Clean
The bin is designed to endure tough conditions. Indoor units survive drops from 1.5 meters without breaking, while outdoor units withstand 2-meter drops without cracking. The smooth, non-absorbent interior allows daily grease and stains to be rinsed off easily, making cleaning quick and simple.
Safe and Comfortable to Use
Even when full, the foot operated waste bins is sturdy, with handles and body able to hold twice the rated weight. Rounded edges prevent scrapes, and lids feature anti-pinch gaps for safety. The foot pedal requires minimal effort, and the lid opens wide for easy disposal. It closes slowly and quietly in over three seconds, sealing in odors to keep the air fresh.
